Job Title: Module Group Leader - Manager
Our automotive Client based in Saudi Arabia is searching for a Module Group Leader - Manager to be responsible for achieving module group targets according to defined requirements and target agreements with Program Manager. Planning and establishment of module group organization in coordination with the Program Manager and Line Management. Management of module group team, lead MGL meeting. Limited to the assigned scope of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and definition of internal and external project management requirements within the project.
- Responsible for management of budget within assigned scope of work.
- Authority to make decisions required for the fulfilment of the target requirements within assigned scope of work, in conjunction with VLD and line management.
- Authority to request information, decisions, and resources in defined meetings within assigned scope of work.
- Lead module group meetings and participate in project and other meetings within assigned scope of work.
- Responsible for management of target fulfilment within assigned scope of work.
- Monitoring and control of target requirements (including conflicts and irregularities) within assigned scope of work.
- Responsible for the timely escalation of potential target deviations
- Responsible for identification of opportunities and risks
- Responsible to ensure module group conformance to internal and external requirements and directives.
- Supervision of module group team within assigned scope of work. Work with Line management to identify technical and resource shortfalls and assist in the resolution of said shortfalls.
- Preparation of review documents and reporting to VLD and line management
- Communication interface for Module Group for a dedicated project to internal and external (cross functional teams and partners), in conjunction with VLD and line management.
- Responsible for issue documentation and change management within assigned scope of work.
- Transfer of experience and lessons learned within module group.
- Coordination and management on the new technology research within the module group
- To propose and implement business process and efficiency improvement research within the module group.
Education:
- Master/Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized school or university.
Skills & Competencies:
- Extensive overall knowledge in Interior product development.
- Good knowledge in related processes of designing parts & system from concept up to serial design.
- Possess good leadership skills.
- Must be able to communicate progress and technical proposal to different audiences.
- Good knowledge in Siemens NX & Teamcenter.
Minimum Experience:
- More than 10 years relevant experience in automotive design.
- At least 5 years in recent leadership position.
