Futura Recruitment are an automotive technical specialist agency based in Coventry, West Midlands. We are an SME business circa £12 million turnover founded in 1987, operating from a 15,000 square foot purpose-built design and engineering centre. As a result of a sustained period of growth, Futura Recruitment are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Recruitment Consultant to grow their current team. Our industry is fast-paced and going through a period of rapid change with the emergence of start-up companies and the move towards electrification, we are looking for the right person to join us on that journey.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and develop client/business relationships
- Attract new candidates and develop candidate database and CRM
- Client account management of new and existing customers
- Sourcing candidates based on technical job descriptions and matching against requirements
- Manage full recruitment process through to interview stages and beyond
- Manage contract workers throughout their placement and ensure after care requirements are met
- Negotiate pay and salary rates with candidates and customers
- Offering general career and CV advice to candidates
- Networking to build business contacts and unlock commercial opportunities
THE PERSON
- Strong Communication Skills
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude to work hard within a team and alone
- Problem solver and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Highly energetic and have a passion for teamwork and delivery
- Experience working in automotive is of benefit but not essential
- Confident and able to take part in strategy meetings with senior management
