Futura are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. Futura are a family business based in Oldbury, West Midlands with over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and building prototype vehicles for the automotive industry.
This role will be for an Accounts Assistant to join a close team for support mainly in the areas of contractor payroll, raising sales invoices and credit control, therefore experience in these disciplines is mandatory. Below is a list of likely additional duties but please note this is not an exhaustive list:
- Posting invoices to Sage 200 ensuring they have been correctly coded and approved.
- Processing of the sales ledger.
- Assistant with credit control.
- Respond to supplier and internal queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure all supplier invoices are paid as per supplier terms.
- Assist with the processing of contractor invoices.
- Process employee expenses.
- Process monthly credit card statements.
- General admin duties.
The position we are recruiting for is full time but on a fixed term basis until March 31st.
