Our Team has developed a web-based software tool for designing and testing light sequences. The tool allows for real time manipulation of lighting parameters and synchronized playback across various light fixtures and displays using web sockets and light hardware. You will work together with our in-house software developers to build the next version of this modular platform with extensibility in mind. As an experienced full-stack web developer you will support optimizing performance of the various components and help to evaluate the overall architecture of the system and contribute to system improvements to enable multiple users to use this internal cloud platform. As we are a small team, you will also support with ongoing software development work within
the HMI Design department, building web-based prototypes for HMI interaction and UX. Working together with a cross-functional team where inter-disciplinary focus, curiosity and drive are highly valued. We work in close collaboration with other developers in the design departments shaping the in-car experience of the future. As Senior full-stack developer, you must have strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards. Knowledge of back-end development is crucial as the assignment also leads to the design and development of a system which handles all app prototype communication, server logic and data storing in database. Today we have a system which consists of separated nodes that communicates using mainly JSON via MQTT protocol.

• Experience with Mongo dB, mongoose or similar.
• Experience with React routers and code splitting.
• Understanding of Redux and middleware such as Thunk
• Minimum of 3 years as a front-end developer, preferably working in a UX/UI team
• QT, QML
• Experience with React hooks
• Experience with component libraries such as Material UI
Strong drive, communicative with good presentation skills, independent and confident as well as a good team player. Creative and innovative but structured, methodical and analytical with good planning skills. Flexible and able to work under constrained time schedules and frequently revised circumstances.
The assignment should be carried out primarily at our premises in Lindholmen.
