Our Client was founded in 2006 in Turin, Italy, with our permanent studio inaugurated in 2012. They are looking for Senior Interior/Exterior Automotive Designers to join their team.
It has comprehensive development, technology and communication tools and is able to guarantee the smooth progress of each project, with real time global sharing of information and technology as well as 24 hour continuous design operations. It is engaged in the entire automotive design development process including interior and exterior design, advanced design, CAS modeling and post-process modeling. Each of its departments is composed of international teams, including creative designers, experienced modelers, and experts in CAS and engineering.

Express a high level of creativity through free-hand drawings as well as Photoshop sketches and renderings
Work on a broad range of production and advanced design programs
High level of flexibility to work on overall design process: from styling proposals to detail solutions
Guide all the design process, from sketch phase to CAS 3D modeling to physical model follow up
Work closely together with studio engineering to find solutions that can be brought to production
To deliver successful design proposals under tight time constraints
5+ years experience in an interior/exterior design department of a global OEM company with significant experience of production and advance design programs
Must understand the fundamental requirements of design and engineering of premium cars
Self motivated strategic thinker, well organized and flexible with an open mind and willingness to learn more
Strong communication skills in English, ability to work well in an international team
Good problem solving skills
Able to manage multiple projects
Preference will be given to designers who have good knowledge of Eastern culture and customer expectations/behaviors
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial or Product Design
Less experience can be considered for a junior position
