As an extension of our usual niche recruitment within automotive design we were approached by one of our customers to take on a project to recruit their new marketing and communications team.  This would mean setting up a whole new department within their business and required us to build a new section of our CRM, and recruit over 20 candidates from graduate all the way through to senior management.

This experience allowed us to gain a wealth of knowledge to expand our already growing professional services department.  This has been our largest growing sector for recruitment outside of EV and future mobility, and our experience with our clients suggests there is a demand for agencies who can take the time to truly understand their business culture and processes to find the right candidates.
